The most efficient dr's appointment I have had in a very long time. Super nice doctor (Dr. M Brown). Explained what he would do to assess the finding on a CT scan and reason for my visit, took a look at the back of my throat with a very long probe through my nose, provided his diagnosis, and I was done. The pre dr visit with the PA was timely and thorough. In and out of the office in less than 20 mins.

Dr.Brown was so nice!! He went over everything with me and explained in detail about my ear!! He was very efficient and I was nervous but after he explained everything I was not nervous!! He was one of the best doctors I have ever seen!!

I had had two prior experiences with attempting to remove earwax. Both had failed. Dr Brown handled the task easily. [redacted]

I feel confident that I will receive proper care with a full understanding of what is happening & why. I was there for a short follow up visit. However there was the possibility of my needing surgery ... when I had my 1st visit it was an unknown. I have full confidence in the doctors decisions & recommendations. I also appreciated that he explained exactly what the procedures were and what he was looking for. He explained how we would proceed forward and hopefully come to a resolution to the problem. The staff made it easy for me to make an appointment for a scan and a follow-up visit. I like the fact that Dr. Brown will communicate the result of the scan through Patient Gateway so I don't have to wait until my next appointment with him.

First, the office got me to see him in a timely manner, and got all my records from the emergency room in NC where I was first seen, before my appointment. Second, despite squeezing me in to his busy schedule, he did not make me feel rushed, answered all my questions patiently and carefully.
