Dr. Brown was pleasant. It was a good visit. He seems to be pretty knowledgeable. My case specifically, he wasn't able to help me. It's a little bit out of his depth, but he, you know, was up front about that. So good on him. Friendly personality. He is well, he had seen a family friend of mine who recommended him. So I think for a certain kind of issue, he's probably very good. My experience wasn't neither good nor bad. It just wasn't something he could help me with. Yeah.

Dr was informative, pleasant, happy, described procedure patiently to calm any anxiety and kept the conversation light to make the scope easy and and explained everything before and during the procedure and explained the results well. He offered next steps for me to consider, listened and responded to my questions with attention and made sure I understood the details of.the appt. And next steps and walked me to the staff member to schedule my follow up appt. I would highly recommend him to others as he was recommended to me by my Allergist.

Dr. Brown has been a fantastic doctor who has helped with another hearing emergency in the past. This time he correctly diagnosed an infection that was misdiagnosed by 4 other clinicians. He listens carefully and answers all my questions. I cannot speak highly enough of him.

This office is always easy to work with - they are pleasant, polite and do not give off that "disinterest" that is sometimes present at some offices. The Medical assistant engages in pleasant chit chat. Dr Brown is then right on time and besides giving good care is always willing to sit a few minutes and ask how I am doing and what vacation plans I might have. No complaints here. As an aside, I have had serial unpleasant visits with an ENT at Lahey clinic - night and day.

Great office visit quick and to the point

The day of this visit a traffic accident caused a large delay in patient arrival. I was greeted courteously and in the dr's off ice at my arrival. Dr Brown is cordial, attentive and did not waste any time. He is a delight!

The most efficient dr's appointment I have had in a very long time. Super nice doctor (Dr. M Brown). Explained what he would do to assess the finding on a CT scan and reason for my visit, took a look at the back of my throat with a very long probe through my nose, provided his diagnosis, and I was done. The pre dr visit with the PA was timely and thorough. In and out of the office in less than 20 mins.
