I had asked to see this Dr after my last Dr left the practice. I had seen this Dr in the past and liked the interactions we had.

I think the doctor was very nice and he very explained everything and I was glad to meet him. But I think anything that was done that day, I think should have been on a video chat because there was no blood drawn, no urine drawn, which I did get the next day from the Salem Hospital that I had to have a urine taken. So nothing was really, done, they couldn't have been on the video chat. And I think could have saved some money with the ambulance.

;After the nurse performed the pre-visit testing, when the doctor came in it was obvious he did not know which patient he was working with. He asked my husband about a condition that was not his -- he obviously did not look at the chart or record before entering the room and then had to go out to recheck who he was seeing

Mark Laspina is one of my favorite physicians. It was hard to have this type of doctor, and he is a very good, kind man, and he always listens. But I have to apologize for all the questions you asked me about the nurse. They should have been four, not two. I just didn't listen carefully. My other thing that I don't particularly like is the automated system that you guys send for text messages to tell me I have an appointment. I'd like to know that I have an appointment with Dr. Laspina and not just with North Shore Medical Group. It would be nice to have the physician's name in the text message.
