I honestly don't remember if I saw a nurse first. I just wanted to clarify that, but I was so impressed with this physician. It was the first time I met him. I thought he was extremely thoughtful and kind and patient and took time with me in care and was just a lovely person. I was really delighted with him.

Dr. Rounds is extremely nice, professional, compassionate and empathetic. He is one of the best doctors at Newton-Wellesley hospital-and Mass Eye and Ear. I have seen many other ENT doctors, but none match his level of care and respect. I have allergies, sinus infections and ear infections throughout the year and he manages all! Also, I have asthma, and with his expertise in the sinuses I breathe without difficulty. This is very important, and life saving.

Mark Rounds is an excellent physician. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He has a wonderful way with people. I always feel confident that he provides thoughtful recommendations.

Provider did not know any medical history. I offered some pertinent history which he did not explore. He ordered imaging but did not/would not respond when I asked how we might go forward depending on the imaging results. He did not respond when asked directly if he thought he could be helpful with this medical condition. He seemed disinterested across the board.

My previous visit with Dr. Rounds was 3 years ago for another issue. The new issue had me concerned until he asked me several questions which ruled out the issue. Dr. rounds then inserted a tube through my nasal cavity to check my throat area. He advised that everything was clear and there were no issues. GREATFUL !!!!
