My experience was and always has been tremendous with Dr. Preston. I am suffering from bladder cancer, which is you may know a serious disease. And ever since I've been in his care for several years, he has been nothing but extraordinary in confidence, make me feel that I'm in good hands, trusting, even though the pain and the procedures sometimes are very tough with him. He makes it so much easier and to understand and just generally all around is probably the most efficient and competent doctor I've dealt with concerns.

For some reason, the virtual visit did not occur. I don't know if it was a technical problem or something on my end or on the other end of the line, but there was no virtual visit.

I am my sister [redacted]'s health care proxy and caregiver and Dr. Preston was very good with my sister, addressed her directly and waited for a response from me, which is always a good thing. I like so that my sister feels that she's being addressed and heard and he was very knowledgeable. the phone visit did not happen. I could see and hear the Doctor but the Doctor could NOT see of hear me. Luckily the Dr called the home phone and we were able to communicate. I had call your Technical Center to ensure i was properly connected and they advised that I was. But....the Dr could not see or hear me. I could see and hear the Doctor. The Technical center said I had to test my internal on my computer. I did not understand a thing they said told me and I had to close the call and my computer down. I am NOT that computer educated. I do not have a 10 year old child to help me. Very disappointed with the technology given...
