Dr Russell is the absolute best hands down.

She asked me everything about what was going on and wrote it down and then took a look in my ears and began immediately taking wax out. She didn't tell me what to expect from it or really what she was doing when she was doing it. Once she was done she went to go get drops for the ears. There was very little counseling on how to use the drops or any information on why I've been having the issues I've been having. She tried to leave, didn't ask if I had questions. I stopped her and asked for more clarification on certain parts and questions that my primary care was concerned about. She answered them quickly while trying to still leave the room. I felt like I was trying to be rushed out of the room and that she did not have the time to speak to me. I felt the bedside manner was lacking.

The doctor was pleasant, but rushed. We discussed the exact question I came in for. It was resolved. But I had another two questions that didn't get addressed because there was not enough time and it seemed like she didn't want to take the time to answer them. [redacted]

The staff were very respectful and very welcoming to my elderly aunt ( who the appt was for ). The doctor took her time with my aunt and made her feel comfortable and kept checking to see if she was doing okay. The doctor was extremely respectful, responsive and took her time with us.

Dr Russell is a caring talented doctor. I felt very secure under her care. She explained all information to myself and my husband. I am very happy with my care. I will note an example of her going above what standard care is. I was scheduled for a follow up check in for my surgery. She had an emergency procedure on a Monday. She had to reschedule my appointment. Realizing we had a long drive and would have to leave very early on Monday morning before the office opened to inform me of this change she took her personal time on a Sunday to call and let me know. Extremely thoughtful not what you often see today. She saved me time, inconvenience, and money! Her skills are excellent you can not see the scare in my neck. Could not ask for more.

She was so comfortable to talk to and expanded on my questions with more information pertaining to it. She was mindful of timing for my follow-ups as I am coming in from a distance. In general she created a stress free appointment me.

Dr. Russell was completely prepared and listened to my concerns with compassion.
