A few years back Dr. Alora made my skin clear of a rather severe Psoriasis via a combination of phototherapy and the right medicine; and had kept my skin clear ever since. She is kind and nice, very efficient and mighty knowledgeable. I am very comfortable with and grateful to the care she offered.

Dr Alora saw me on an emergency basis and was very nice and actually gave me a cream that worked. While there was no follow up appointment to ask how I was doing, I am happy to have something that worked immediately and that also dealt with my dermatitis. She was on time, seemed to know her stuff and I had a prescription within the hour. She was efficient.

The provider was conscientious, knowledgeable, and treated me very well when I was there. I showed up early and they took me early, helping me to maintain a good day.

She was very nice the only issue I have is I received a letter 2 days before procedure should of been 2 weeks prior if I had used any retin-a products the procedure would have to be cancelled that would not have been acceptable.

I love Dr. Alora. She is always caring and Listens intently to my concerns. She has always healed any skin issues that appeared. I recommend to my family and friends how wonderful Dr. Alora has been.

The doctor spent about 5 minutes with me. She did not provide an adequate exam. This appointment was booked for a total body skin exam. When assessing my face she did use a dermatoscope very briefly but did not on my body. She asked me to stand looked at my posterior body quickly and did the same for my anterior body. I have seen other doctors at this practice and this is not how this exam should have been completed. The dermatoscope was always used by other physicians providing a head to toe exam . I was trying to ask questions and she had the door half way open trying to leave . I just exposed my right breast asking about certain spots that have changed to my eye and she replied they were fine. The care I received was poor.

Not much else I can say, the Dr., staff, and clinic are faultless.

Fast but efficient

I appreciate Dr. Alora's expertise in the field of photodynamic therapy and I feel grateful I haven't gotten that service. I wish that I had an opportunity to speak with her after the procedure was done. I requested to see her and I was told by the nurse that she said, oh, that patient doesn't need to see me. So I did have some questions that were unanswered and I was disappointed that the doctor did not return after the procedure to give me a moment to discuss a few things. Anyway, thank you very much.

I needed to be seen on an urgent basis as I had a growth that could have been malignant. And I really appreciate being seen very quickly and the doctor's help and response. And thankfully, this growth was not malignant.

I waited a year for this appointment and spent 3 hours (RT) to make the appointment. The doctor spent about 10 minutes with me. The interview and exam were very rushed. I did not feel that it was sufficiently thorough. I like Dr. Alora and feel that she is approachable. That said, both times I have had an appointment with her I felt that she was eager to move on to the next patient and left wondering if she missed something.

I have been very happy with care I have received.
