Hi, yes, Dr. Marcus Ortega, I've been with him for a couple appointments throughout 2025 trying to solve my bladder incontinence and he has been nothing but responsive, caring, and he's now going forward with a full evaluation to help me and he's very open, he's very caring. Throughout this year, he's called me personally, has written to me, and I think he's an exceptional doctor.

The procedure was well explained and my comfort and understanding was importsnt to her. I didnt feel rushed in the least and I felt she cared about how I was feeling.

What I appreciate about Dr. Ortega is that he went to bat for me with my insurance company to get them to cover a medication I really wanted to take. The medication is Gemtessa, and he worked to get it covered for me through the appeal process.

Yes, Dr. Ortega has been my doctor for now probably going on two years. And during this time, he has always honestly tried to help me in any way that he could. In fact, he even talked about when he went to a conference and how he especially attended this one session because he thought that it might be able to help me. So I really feel that you get your individual attention from him. He's always honest, doesn't always tell you maybe what you want to hear, but it's the honesty and it's the care that is provided by him that has been so helpful to me. I'd rate them a 10 in anything.

Hi, Dr. Ortega was fantastic. Um, we called for a video appointment, um, and we got one very next week at eight o'clock in the morning. He called exactly at eight and we had a great visit. We went over a couple of things with my mother and he ordered a urine test, which will be coming to do this week. So he was great.
