Receptionist was extremely professional and polite, [redacted] who did the testing prior to my seeing Dr Semel was extremely professional and down to earth. Upon going to the exam room I met [redacted] who was also a consummate professional and friendly and polite. I then met with Dr Semel who continued to be an amazing doctor and both a caring and credit to your hospital. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff

I have had Dr. Semel for years and he's a wonderful provider. He's very easy to talk to. He's very understanding. He went into things in depth. He is an excellent, excellent doctor. I found that the nurse practitioner, or no, the MA, she was very courteous. She was very cautious. She did her job well. It's a little bit difficult to understand because she was wearing a mask, but that is nailing on her part. That was just the standard practice, I believe. But that practice is always efficient, always very professional, and always on time. They are an excellent, excellent provider.

I enjoy being with Dr. Semel because I feel confident in his care and I also feel he's a very kind, caring surgeon because he's always paid attention to all the aspects of my health. So I really trust him. [redacted]

Dr. Semel provided the best possible care for my husband for many years and my first visit on Monday as his patient has continued that. He has a nice way of making you feel comfortable.

The night nurse who is it Hatian I could not understand and yelled at me. I didn't like to be treated like that.

Appointment was a phone visit which was a lot more convenient for me. Dr. Semel explained everything from my test. When I saw him previously, I was impressed that he had read my whole history prior to the visit. I don't feel like all providers do that and then you have to go and explain everything. I like Dr Semel and have zero complaints or suggestions for improvement.
