Dr. Mansour is wonderful

Always a happy time having my annual physical with Dr. Mansour and his staff.

I was not satisfied with my visit. Although I was five minutes late due to weather conditions and traffic, I believe the provider could have taken more time to listen to my concerns. Unfortunately, I was not given the opportunity to explain the reason for my visit.

As always, Dr. Mansour was on time, familiar with my record/history, recent tests and recents visits with other providers, answered my questions, and I never felt rushed. I consider myself very lucky to have him as my primary care physician.

I have the highest respect for Dr. Mansour and his expertise. However, compared to my other doctors, I sometimes feel that I'm on a timeclock. My visits on average are 15 mins. or less. My wife joined me for my last visit 5 mins. before the designated appt. but just after Dr. Mansour had started his evaluation. He made it clear to me that he would not not repeat any information to my wife due to what I suspected were time constraints. She has been at my appts. ever since major heart surgery last March. Dr. Mansour hardly mentioned that surgery which we found a little disconcerting. There was also a disconnect between the nurse and Dr. Mansour about my Plavix refill. On my previous visit along with my wife, he was more sensitive and understanding about my health challenges. My relationship with Dr. [redacted] is outstanding and sets a high bar. Hoping for the same with Dr. Mansour in the future.

I am very happy with Dr. Mansour. He just relaxes and listens to me and we have a very good communication. I'm very happy with him.

As usual I was seen promptly and had a thorough discussion with Dr. Mansour. I arrived early and was seen ahead of schedule.

Dr. Mansour is friendly, approachable, listens well and takes your concerns to heart. He spent extra time with me talking about my blood pressure because it was elevated (white coat hypertension). He talked to me to settle my nerves, took my blood pressure two more times and it ended up coming down to a healthy range. He made me feel very comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Mansour has been my doctor for many years now and I'm healthy so I haven't had a lot of interaction with him, but I've noticed in the last couple of years, few years, that he has become more engaging and I have felt more important, you know, professionally to him and this time around he also was very just very helpful in a lot of ways and had listened to what I had to say and I felt very, very satisfied with the results of the appointment.

I really like Dr Mansour. He is thoughtful and gives me the time to talk about my health concerns, my plans for staying healthy and is an advocate for vaccines. I especially like that.

Extremely good as always, with Dr. Mansour and his whole team! Dr. Mansour has pertinent info on my medical history and as a result recommended an earlier colonoscopy for me [redacted]. He also recommended that I take a vaccine shot for Pneumonia prevention at my age which I agreed to and the nurse on his team administered expertly. There is simply no downside, and many upsides, to the care that Dr. Mansour and his able team have provided me over the years!
