I was late to this appointment as I got lost and they were so accommodating in seeing me. I had expected to be rescheduled but I had called several times that I was going to be late and they were so understanding and did not make me have to come back.

Dr. Wein is so knowledgeable and attentive during visits. He makes me feel at ease and answers all my questions. He's an excellent provider.

I saw a nurse or nursing assistant only for a minute. She took my blood pressure and weighed me. The physician (care giver) knows my condition and has respected my desire not to be medicated for my condition until necessary. He provides information and research to help me make an informed decision. He also listens.

Dr Wein is a warm, thoughtful, helpful, and insightful physician who has carefully examined my complex history; given deep consideration to how my particular challenges should be managed; and explains everything to me in the most accessible and professional manner possible. He is both a world-class researcher and a superb clinician, and he brings all those skills together in offering me assistance. I feel very lucky that he is my endocrinologist.

At the particular endocrinology clinic. I was not treated in a respectful manner, by the clerks at the front desk. I was in a wheelchair and needed to use the restroom, but the clerk did not put the brakes on the wheelchair, because the wheelchair was still moving, when I came out of the restroom I believe the staff needs to have more sensitive training, when dealing with people who have different types of disability, because I did not feel that I was treated in that manner
