Everything was outstanding.

Marc is easy to talk to; is interested in what I have done since we last visited; and gives me not only options but also his recommendations. He asked questions to see if my health had changed at all and checked to see if I needed a prescription renewal. He also called me when (probably my wi-fi signal was weak) to continue the session.

Great provider, promptly seen

Dr. Manganiello has always been empathetic listens closely to me, and my questions are answered clearly and completely. He is what without a doubt one of the best physicians I've encountered I followed him from the Boston MGH to the MGH Danvers office.

Found him to be abrupt and as if he was in a hurry to get appointment over with. [redacted] While talking to him he said "he likes to cut to the chase" meaning to me another sign he was in a hurry. I left appointment with still many concerns but with the feeling that he wanted to get out I really didn't bother. He did provide what sounded like a script which did provide some relevant information. [redacted]

Dr. Manganiello has always been helpful to improve outcomes

Provider's patient bed side manners is non-existent. I have a very unique medical history. The procedure was extremely rushed, I was very rushed and couldn't ask any questions be fore the provider left the room. [redacted]

We had first a visit with the Nurse Practitioner who was wonderfully competent and helpful in every way. She suggested the follow up with the MD, which proved extremely important and beneficial. Great shared expertise and communication, resulting in excellent patient satisfaction on my part!

Dr. Manganiello and his entire staff are superb. The surgery he performed to remove my kidney stone went smoothly as did my followups. Another GREAT MGH surgeon!

Dr. Manganiello was on call in the middle of the night and he came in to do emergency surgery on my mother in Newton. After this appointment, him and his office made time to see my mother for further appointments when no other doctor in urology was available. This was so appreciated. His staff was absolutely amazing and he was wonderful to work with.

The doctor, in a very difficult situation for me, was extremely pleasant, encouraging, explained what was happening, very conscientious of the pain that I was having. He was terrific. He was as good as it gets, and he made a very unpleasant experience. quite bearable. His nurse, not so much. I got up and put my clothes on and realized that the bed was soaking wet and therefore I got soaking wet when I put my clothes on. She hadn't cleaned up at all and that was a little disappointing.
