Dr. Bouffard is an excellent physician. He spent a lot of time with me. He was thorough, informative ,and explained his concerns to me regarding my condition in ways I understood. Very knowledgeable physician. That I would recommend.

"I'm very impressed with Dr. Bouffard; he made time to see me (I know he was booked three months in advance, which he never mentioned). His team took very exacting photos of the inside of my retina and optic nerve. They all worked together to ensure they had all the data they needed. They weren't rushing; they were thorough and took extra time to try additional ways to look at my eyes by dilating my pupils, which helped them feel certain they had the best information to give to my neurosurgeon. I call that great care. Also, he told me he would be talking to my doctor that night, and it was Halloween - I'm sure he missed time with loved ones. Dr. Bouffard was excellent. He exhibited genuine concern and care. He explained [redacted]'s condition very well in a way we could understand and provided a variety of options for care and treatment. He also recommended colleagues appropriate to handle the next steps of care and actually contacted one of the colleagues directly to explain [redacted]'s condition and need. We have scheduled an appointment with that provider. He also communicated with [redacted]'s physiatrist and suggested other medications that may be appropriate in addition to his current meds.

Dr. Bouffard is a genius! He was able to identify and correct my double vision that had been happening for years and no other dr had been able to help me. He is very methodical, logical and leaves no stone unturned.
