while I was waiting for the DR to come in, I hear one of the nurses talk with a patient... I couldn't believe her gentleness, time spent, helping this patient through getting help, transportation and even making an appt. for this person ... I assume it was an elderly person... really impressed with this service and I told her so.

Dr. Bensson listened attentively to my concerns and issues. The underlying health problem could have been a "normal" viral problem or could have been from contaminated water. She ordered tests to cover all possibilities which gave me peace of mind knowing all bases were being covered. She was calm, asked good questions and never seemed rushed.

It was a wonderful experience for my husband to see a doctor he knew and trusted! His blood pressure was close to normal when he saw her-- which is rare. That demonstrates how relaxed he was to finally see her since he fell [redacted]

This is in regards to Dr. Bensson. [redacted] It is the first time that she had ever seen me. And I will state that the issues ongoing were complex. And Dr. Bensson absolutely gave her all. dug deeply to understand everything. She did listen to me more than carefully and went above and beyond in making sure that she addressed anything and everything that she could and opened the gateway for not just my primary, but my other associated providers as they are currently working together to resolve medical issues. I would certainly rate her more than a 10 if I could.

Dr. Bensson and I are new to one another, however, I believe that we will get along "just fine", in the time to come. Dr. Bensson seems like a knowledgeable & intelligent woman. Additionally, I would like to say that I do like her & hopefully all will go well.
