Dr. Saund is courteous, respectful, and above all patient. He talks to you as though you understand, he wants and needs for you to understand, so he sits by you, goes over everything in detail. He's an amazing man, and I trust this doctor with my life.

It also felt like he was completely unfamiliar with my file or any of the information my primary physician had provided ahead of my appointment. Didn't ask me what was going on or really even talk about my concerns. [redacted] I didn't feel listened to or get any help.

The doctor told me I needed to be a more normal size before he would do any kind of procedure on me even though he acknowledged I needed a procedure which would require me to lose 150 pounds and when I told him that I wouldn't be able to do that in any kind of timeframe that would help me he told me oh there's drugs for that now
