Excellent, thoughtful, professional care given by Dr Malina Milan.

Pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a "same day" appt. Dr. Milan made a good suggestion to potentially reduce or eliminate the numbness in certain fingers during certain types of exercise. All staff respectful and courteous.

As always for the past 30 odd years it has always been excellent.

I was impressed at how well she listened to my concern, even though just covering for my regular pcp. Was thorough and helpful, and appropriately referred me to another doc with clear info about why this was a time sensitive request . I even got seen by them the next day. Excellent experience.

I was asked if I were willing o=to have a resident or intern accompany the doctor and I agreed. Instead, he came in INSTEAD OF THE DOCTOR for 1/2 hour because she was so late. he was perfectly nice, but it was a complete waste of my time.

First time I have seen this doctor. She was very nice to deal with and quite patient in dealing with me as I forgot my hearing aids and she had to repeat herself several times.

I was feeling very sick and very tired and I didn't understand why. On the outside I probably look like a hypochondriac, but I was actually just exhausted from the surgery that I had had the week before and I was treated with respect and I appreciate that.

I saw this provider because my usual PCP didn't have availability that day - it was a very good experience. Both Dr. Milan and Dr. [redacted] were incredibly helpful, listened to my concerns, and helped me come up with a workable solution. I really appreciate it!

I called for menopause symptoms ans was given an appointment same day but it was for a sick visit so they couldn't really help me

Dr. Milan was extremely helpful in explaining the details of my allergic reaction. She was very helpful and suggested a path forward. She sent a referal for me to be examined by an allergist.

Dr Milan was very professional. It was my first time needing an appointment quickly for a medical concern. I was very happy with the time and attention I received. Dr [redacted] is my PCP and since he was not available IDr Milan was able to take me.

Dr. Milan was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and understood the concern that I had. She was able to get me in for an ultrasound, an urgent ultrasound the same day, which was super helpful. And then she called me that evening, probably around 6.40 or 7 o'clock at night to give me the test results, the ultrasound and the blood test results. I was really impressed with Dr. Milan and the extent to which she went out of her way to make sure that I got the help I needed and got the results.

The provider was covering for my pcp who was unable to find time. It was very satisfactory.

She was friendly, efficient and professional. She assessed the problem quickly, ordered medicine to resolve my issue and gave me the care I needed. I am cured!

The doctor did not seem to really know too much about me and kept her distance from me. The resident doctor was more personable, caring and asked if there were any other issues.

Dr. Milan was great! She got right to the source of my problem. I had seen a dermatologist for the same issue but the dermatologist handled it differently and in a way that didn't resolve the problem. Dr. Milan's approach solved it right away!

I appreciated getting an Urgent Care appointment right away in the morning rather than waiting to see my PCP late in the day. In addition, I was also seen by a Resident and rightfully was asked in advance if this was OK.
