Dr.Begum was extremely thorough, caring and compassionate

Dr Begum is a wonderful, caring doctor. He addressed every concern I had and explained everything in a way I understand. I'm thankful to have him as my primary doctor.

This was my first experience with Dr. B and he seemed very attentive to my needs. He was very knowledgeable. I think it's going to be a good relationship.

Some confusion as to what ultrasound was to be done and where (location) it was to be done ?

It was my first visit with Dr. Begum. I could not have been more pleased with all aspects of his knowledge, his demeanor, and the amount of time he spent. I have already referred him to several people who are seeking primary care physicians.

I saw Dr. B for the first time for my yearly exam. He was very nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me in detail and actually convinced me for my own benefit to go ahead and schedule all the tests that he suggested I had. So for that I want to say thank you Dr. B.

Seems nice, seems qualified

There was a small delay to see the doctor because he had an emergency with another patient . At least 3 people from the office kept me updated and very polite. I was very impressed with the communication from the staff including the doctor. It really was not a long delay and I liked that the doctor cares so much about his patients! :)

I went to the lab after my appointment. The wait for blood work was sooo long that I could not stay (I had to get back to work). Also, I wish my provider had my bloodwork done before my appointment so we could discuss during the appointmnt.
