Entire staff ALWAYS friendly, courteous and respectful. Explain all procedures and results in easy to understand terms. Have the best interest of the patient AT ALL TIMES and only provide as much treatment as necessary to maintain good eye health. They truly care about you and the quality of your vision. Dr K is wonderful and has a great practice

She was very friendly, kind, and considerate. She took her time to explain every aspect of what was going on, and she was able to inform me of some things going on in my eye that weren't associated with my diabetes, which was very helpful because a lot of times people want to automatically associate something if you are diabetic, and she did not do that. She explained some other things that she did see in my eye. that she's going to be watching and I have a three month appointment with her. So I was very satisfied with her, her demeanor, her knowledge and her attention to detail.

I'd like to say that this doctor I go to, Dr. K, I call is absolutely the greatest. She's very calm, makes you very calm. She's very polite, soft-spoken. She's just great. As far as I'm concerned, she's great. Thank you.

Although Dr Krzystolik has a very busy practice, she always takes the time to answer all my questions. I usually have to wait 20-30 min past my appt time to be taken back to any exam room, but I understand that is probably because she does take the time needed with all her patients. I would not want her to change that and am very satisfied with her care.

Previously followed by this provider several years ago and had to leave the practice due to insurance issues. As soon as my insurance changed I made an appointment to restart care as this provider has been the most informative with me regarding my diagnosis and care

It was an extremely thorough examination, both the assistant and Dr. K worked intensely to get as much information as possible to understand what was happening with my eye.

I've been going to Mass Eye and Ear for quite a while now, and I really love it there. Any questions I have, they answer them, and they're always so very nice there. I really, really love it there. Thank you.
