Yes, my name is [redacted], and I'm very happy with Dr. Rao. I can recommend her to my family and anyone else who asks if my primary care physician is good, and I can confirm it. I give her a 10 out of 10. I'm so glad she speaks Spanish, and we understand each other perfectly. She pays close attention to everything I say when she's examining me. I'm so happy, so very happy. And I would recommend her 100%. Thank you.

They made my IUD switch as calm and comforting as possible. I came in very worried and they ensured to put me at ease and walked me through every step and accommodation that was available

I thought that Dr. Rao was very thorough. I mean, she asked me questions relative to my cardiac issues, and I have a cardiologist. I mean, she was extremely thorough, and she listened to me, because I had some other issues going on, and she explained what they could be, and she gave me the tools to follow up. In other words, she stressed that maybe what I thought was just from working out or something, she explained to me that it could possibly have, you know, it could possibly be something else. And she, so, so she escalated it to the next level, and I appreciated that. Thanks.

Dr. Rao was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and expressed everything I should do and shouldn't do very clearly. I was very pleased with the overall, all the care and everything else she was able to provide for me. I couldn't say enough about her. I appreciate it.

Dr. Rao is a very good doctor and she gave me the best care and she's a very caring doctor. Anytime I have a question, if I send it to her through Patient Gateway, she gets back to me right away. Her nurse is an outstanding nurse. They get back to me right away. So I have no problems at all with Dr. Rao. She's actually a blessing. Thank you.

I had never seen Dr. Rao before. She fit me in while my Dr was out and I was having a serious issue with my hip for over a month. She was kind, courteous, compassionate, empathic, knowledgeable and An excellent communicator. She explained everything so that I could understand it and I feel like I got a very comprehensive exam and follow up.
