My OBGYN doctor is in the same building. I thought that the two providers would be communicating with each other as well as the mammogram place that I go to is also in the same building. But Dr. Challagulla didn't seem to have that information in connecting to my records, which I was a little surprised about. So maybe you guys need to work on making sure that those get updated in a timely manner so that everybody has the same information. Thank you.

I feel that my options for pain management weren't discussed enough considering this is a chronic issue. The doctor just gave me a referral to physical therapy which I have done in the past, but I would have appreciated being given other options such as medication or referrals to specialists if necessary. I also was not told what ilI need to do, if anything, with regards to the referral, so I don't know when to expect to start physical therapy.

I have seen Dr. Challagulla on and off throughout the years as a patient at Pentucket Medical and I've always been very satisfied and felt well cared for by her services. I feel as though this recent appointment went above and beyond by one, being able to see me on such a short notice while I was really in agony suffering from an allergic reaction to medication that I had forgotten I was highly allergic to. And she went above and beyond by reaching out to a dermatologist to see if I could get an emergency appointment so that we could get to the bottom of it. And her care was very much appreciated.

I like the ability to ask questions between appointments even when Dr. Challagulla is not able to respond herself.

Dr. Challagulla is so nice, and the time spent then was quick and easy.
