[redacted] I felt like she was rushing through the appointment and didn't really care. when I told her about a rash, she brushed it off and told me I should go back to the doctor prescribing medication even though the urgent care doc said to follow up with a dermatologist. Didn't even remove the skin tag/marks I wanted.

Dr Stump is a first rate dermatologist, competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. I did notice however, she seemed stressed about time restraints. I asked her about this & without saying so, she seemed to acknowledge it. She has given me the best of care, but I found it troubling it seems she is expected to move even faster, even though I saw not one second of wasted motion. If my observation is correct, it seems it is an environment where mistakes can happen. I come from a medical family and have heard the horror stories.

She is extremely knowledgeable and lists out steps for me to follow clearly, and pays attention to my comments and questions.
