Dr. Michaelson was amazing at our visit. He explained everything in detail and then some. Never did we feel that we were being rushed, on the contrary he spent a lot of time with us. Spending time with him it was easy to know you were in the presence of a very intelligent doctor. However, it was more than that. You could actually feel his soul coming out in the conversations and you knew he had your best interest at heart. I told him that I have seen a lot of doctors in my long life, but never had been so enamored by his bed side manner. You just do not see that these days. Nass, General Hospital is very lucky to have him on their staff. What a great man!!!

It was a first time visit and he was very aware of my situation and answered all my questions. Very understanding and helpful

Dr Michelson was caring, empathetic, and listened to my questions, even though this was part of a consultation among different specialties and the conclusion was that his area of specialty was not likely to be part of my treatment plan. Even though that was discussed early in the visit, he still stayed the whole time and answered related questions. His bedside manner was reassuring given that I was there because of a recent cancer diagnosis.

It has been over 1 month since my original tumor removal. Now I'm anxious to review results of an MRI ordered, but have to wait for a Virtual appointment to be informed of any results. I'm just concerned that the tumor might either be growing back or spreading. I just feel as though time is of the essence.

First class in every way

I have been in the care of this doctor for 8 years. His cancer treatments have been effective. Seeing him is like seeing an old friend.

I was surprised how brief the meeting was but all the news was good news.
