All staff were very accommodating and comforting to my son when he was very upset about the EKG process. A staff member who was not even caring for my son directly went out of her way to give him a "chicken" that she made out of a vinyl glove to help comfort him. Dr. Schratz was personable, kind, and listened to our questions and concerns. She was great with my son as well.

Dr Schratz and the ultrasound tech were so nice and explained the whole process to us. We felt understood and heard- And ultimately we left feeling like family took care of us. We cant thank them both enough.

Always a pleasure meeting with Dr. Schratz. The nurse that did our daughters echocardiogram was and always has been very polite, patient, understanding of our daughters needs. The nurse that greeted us and called us in was also amazing, she was very upbeat, supportive!

We had a very pleasant appointment. All staff was very kind and welcoming.

The provider was very professional and very knowledgeable on everything she spoke. I walked out of there feeling confident that she knew what was going on with my daughter. I was confident that she understood what was going on.

I arrived early for a 11:30 appointment and no one as at the desk. Waited a good 10 minutes to be greeted and checked in. Brought into the room quickly and nurses did their evaluation and EKG timely and well. However, we waited in the office alone a good hour with no communication from anyone before we saw the doctor who came in at 12:45. Difficult to do with a child and honestly disrespectful to my son and my time. The doctor was great but that wait, as far as I'm concerned, was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

When it was time to receive the information regarding the scan, the discussion about results was very rushed.
