The doctor was very alert in my needs and I appreciate that with all the problems I've been having for the last year and a half with a bad fall. She did listen and I think she looked at my reports good. I'm going to try this medicine and see what happens, but she was very discreet. I appreciate that. Thank you.

I live in Connecticut and almost died of sepsis from a long bout of Interstitial cystitis and kidney infection. This occurred 5months ago and I continue to get the same pain and symptoms. I am seeing a urologist regularly in CT and wanted to follow up with Dr Jones as this is her specialty. I wanted to have her review my current care regime to see if it would be of benefit to add or remove and of the medications or cystoscopy infusions Dr jones entered the room and proceded to focus on my chart. She evasive and not engaged. She had nothing to offer asked minimal if any questions. It was a disappointing experience. [redacted]

This care provider was only for a short procedure, so we really didn't have much time together, but she was fine as far as I know, but I can't read her as a physician.

This is the 2nd appt I've had with Lori Jones & I find her easy & comfortable to talk with. The nurse was a little abrupt & didn't explain things as thoroughly, but she was very competent. I didn't really know what to expect from this procedure, & overall it was easier than I expected & successful.
