She coordinates care with other healthcare providers including physical therapists, gynecologists, and colorectal specialists to create the best approach to managing pelvic and urologic disorders.
In her spare time, Dr. Jones enjoys skiing, hiking and time at the beach with her husband and two children, and over-the-top cake decorating.

She is a very knowledgeable physician and listened carefully. Some of my symptoms are confusing but she seemed to untangle them in a way that has been helpful to me.

I want to say that I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and preparedness of this provider. She came to our first appointment having read everything relevant in my chart. And when I described my symptoms and concerns, she immediately figured out what is probably going on. She ordered the most thorough testing possible to get a very good data set. And I think she must have told her PA that it was time sensitive, because I got an appointment for testing very soon. Because of her insight and rapid understanding, our appointment was extremely efficient, and we got through my entire list of concerns in less than fifteen minutes. It is always a pleasure to work with someone who is so outstanding in her field.

I just felt very unheard and not listened to. I was trying to explain past things that added up to what I was dealing with today and it was just very blunt, very point blank. I felt like I wasn't even able to really speak or kind of explain my situation and it was just, I felt very left then when I was in that room and almost like I was like stupid, like nothing was going on and I just, I don't know, I left that appointment very upset and disappointed. I've never dealt with something like that before coming from a doctor, whether it's primary care or urologist or this is a specialist. So I went in having pretty high hope, not for an answer specifically, but maybe for something more than just a complete shutdown. Like I just didn't feel heard at all.

The doctor was very alert in my needs and I appreciate that with all the problems I've been having for the last year and a half with a bad fall. She did listen and I think she looked at my reports good. I'm going to try this medicine and see what happens, but she was very discreet. I appreciate that. Thank you.

I live in Connecticut and almost died of sepsis from a long bout of Interstitial cystitis and kidney infection. This occurred 5months ago and I continue to get the same pain and symptoms. I am seeing a urologist regularly in CT and wanted to follow up with Dr Jones as this is her specialty. I wanted to have her review my current care regime to see if it would be of benefit to add or remove and of the medications or cystoscopy infusions Dr jones entered the room and proceded to focus on my chart. She evasive and not engaged. She had nothing to offer asked minimal if any questions. It was a disappointing experience. [redacted]

This care provider was only for a short procedure, so we really didn't have much time together, but she was fine as far as I know, but I can't read her as a physician.

This is the 2nd appt I've had with Lori Jones & I find her easy & comfortable to talk with. The nurse was a little abrupt & didn't explain things as thoroughly, but she was very competent. I didn't really know what to expect from this procedure, & overall it was easier than I expected & successful.
