I would say she's a 9. She does listen to my concerns. My comment is quite biased about a Dr. Means. She had the perfect balance of professionalism as well as having the patient believe she really made you believe she cared for the patient! Comparing docs is perhaps unfair but I'm a huge fan of Dr. means and with her absence I Wii continue to see Dr. farnan.

I thought this provider was excellent, intelligent, engaging, compassionate, and outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone at any time.

Yes, this doctor was very nice and she did listen to me. She is not my regular provider. She's not my regular primary care. It's just my only complaint is with most doctors, not just this doctor, I have noticed as a gateway patient, as a partner's patient, the notes are not always correct. It's very concerning. So this doctor in particular, the notes do not jive with what is actually happening to me. Just for example, it said that there was a mammogram with an issue on it, but there wasn't. It was a heart scan that had been followed up with. So things like that. The information is not always correct and I would like to have accurate notes.
