I had emergency visit!! They made app't that morning!! The nurse that saw me had a doctor come in & look at my eye!! A puppy had scratched lower eyelid!! They were both outstanding in my emergency!! So thankful to both nurse & Dr.!!

Very good experience overall

I appreciate the immediate attention and care l was given. I also wouldn't have been able to receive the medication l needed if it weren't for the way the Doctor and the pharmacy was able to finagle bypassing the crazy cost that Medicare all of a sudden wouldn't cover! I can't tell you how very much l appreciate the fast way this was all handled! Thank you all so very much! I am happy to say I'm feeling much better, thanks to the great people you have working at Family Doctors ??

I love working with Dr. Ceplikas. She always listens to my needs and my concerns and always has great feedback. She communicates well with my other providers to make sure that I'm getting the best care and she never dismisses or minimizes any of my concerns. She is the best provider that I've worked with in a very long time.

I've been there several times for the past three months, and every one of them, from the receptionist to the nurses, to the nurse practitioners, to the doctors, have been treating me with respect. And I can't thank them enough, and I do tell people about them.

Dr Ceplikas is a brilliant doctor and explained medical alternatives to high cholesterol in a manner easy to understand. She took all the time I needed to understand key issues and in a manner that was both respectful and sympathetic. She is a doctor in a million. I thank you for having her at your practice.

While she was patient and listened to my concerns, I didn't realize when the appointment was over. as there wasn't any closure. For example, a comment such as ." Take care and I hope that you feel better soon".

The only thing I found different is now you have to wait back in the waiting room for your blood test to be done & I found this very time consuming

Yes, I like Dr. Ceplikas very much. She's very good at listening to what I have to say, and that's important to me. And I just have respect for her and faith in her that she's doing the right thing. I like her very much.
