She goes back and forth to make sure that everything that we're talking about is clear and covered. It was my first visit with Dr. Bhatia and I felt very comfortable with her and satisfied with her recommendations

I would have expected that the provider looks at my file and various test results ahead of our appointment since I only see that provider once a year. Using the little time we have to read me my results out loud and fast and make comments in a medical jargon I cannot understand seems like a sub optimal use of our time together and a rather unpleasant experience. Also when I finally got a chance to ask a question about which vitamins the provider would recommend I take to support better sleep and perimenopause fatigue, no follow up questions were asked and I received a speedy answer [redacted] and was offered to look up on the internet. I found that to be quite astounding, very impersonal and borderline unprofessional. No questions about my auto immune condition or anything else were asked before I was told "see you in a year!". Dr. Bhatia was able to see me on the same day I called for an appointment to examine my left ear. That was very helpful to me. She and her nurse/assistant were able to rectify my problem with a stopped up ear. Dr. Bhatia also followed up on other issues and expressed interest in my well being.
