Very prepared and helpful in understanding my situation

MGH staff are incredible. They are knowledgeable and attentive. I am particularly impressed by the way they coordinate my care with each other. In a world where important information often gets lost between the attending physician and others who are supposed to follow instructions, I have never found that my care was compromised by "the left hand does not know what the right hand did (or did not do)".

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Ramirez Gomez, a true professional. She treated us with great respect and empathy, explained our medical condition, provided treatment options, and thoroughly reviewed our case before seeing us. We were very pleased with all the care she provided.

I can not state how pleased I was with all of the professional people I came into contact with mass gen is the best!

Dr. RG increased the dosage of medication taken for about a year with good results. Became quite ill after the 1st new dose. Have returned to the original dosage.

She is wonderful. She treated me with respect and clearly explained everything. This provider is the best!
