I felt very welcome. I felt confident. [redacted] Everybody was nice, kind, polite. Every answer was questioned the right way, and I understood every answer from the doctor and the nurses. Love going there. Love my team at Mass General Hospital with Dr. Pappas, the whole team.

I was glad that Dr. Pappas made it a priority to have a telehealth visit since he was unable to see me in person during my visit to Mass General. I am sure Dr. Pappas has my best interest in his heart and he will make an ernest attempt to find me a slot in his clinical trials. I trust him.

Dr.Pappas was very friendly but also very intelligent. He listened to everything we all had to say. I came with my son and son in law. He gave us a lot of information and did not rush us. I am so happy that I went to see Dr.Pappas. I am going back in a couple of weeks for a follow up.
