He was very polite, explained everything to me thoroughly, prompt, great, great manner, very nice, answered all my questions. I had enough time, so I feel very happy. I'm very extremely happy with Mass General in general. [redacted]

Hello, I had a Watchman Device procedure with Dr. [redacted]. I was originally scheduled for a follow-up on [redacted] with a TEE beforehand. [redacted]. The Friday before the visit, I was notified that it would be changed to a virtual appointment. During the visit, Dr. Ptaszek was cordial but seemed rushed and distracted, often looking away from the camera. When I mentioned that I have some pain or aching in my chest area during cycling classes, he said I was "probably out of shape." I explained to him that I'm in the gym five days a week, and have been for many years. I don't like to be critical and do understand that doctors (and nurses) work very hard and are sometimes under a lot of pressure and also that there are patients with much more serious issues. But since you asked, I thought I should be honest about my experience. Thank you.

The street address for the Yawkey building would have been very helpful for us to give the Uber driver. We had the building name, but that building, the Yawkey building, is in many different buildings in different hospitals in the city of Boston. It was very confusing. We lost a lot of time, very stressful, very worrisome. The street address should be given for the building itself. Thank you. in an Uber. We were in the backseat crying. I don't know how to make it do something. I'm not sure they got it.

Your registration system could be more efficient even though you have the fancy restaurant buzzers. I watched for about 40 minutes time and frustration from patients where to/which door- TV quiz show.

I waited in the exam room 2 hrs. Assistant couldn't find the doctor. I left after 2 hrs. I requested that he call me. He did that at 8 pm. I had a visit him over the phone. I would have preferred an in person visit.

Hello. I would like to give my commentary on Dr. Leon Ptazek. I visited him last [redacted] as a first-time patient. I found that he was extremely knowledgeable, very attentive. He was very sincere. He spent quite a bit of time with me. I was really quite surprised at how much time, and so much so that by the time I left, I really did feel that he was a superior doctor to anybody else I'd seen. And again, I was a first-time patient, also a first-time patient in the cardiology department. [redacted]

And he spent plenty of time with me and listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. And I felt really good about the visit.
