My doctor was so personable with my wife and I.She explained everything to both of us and you could tell she genuinely cared

She is extremely hardworking and dedicated to patient care. And she has really worked very hard to try to tease out what I have with the issues that I'm presenting. And she's willing to collaborate with other physicians to get some outside input.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kouhsari for about a year and I could not be more pleased with the treatment I have received. She has taken the time to fully understand my condition and from day one has recommended measures that have improved my day to day life.

The care provider was thoughtful. Unfortunately, she did not have information that was supposed to be forwarded from the Dr. office. I will try to fax the information to her next week as I have an appointment with my pcp.

Always very attentive and helpful to meet and solve my concerns

I was hoping they would communicate with children's hospital, since testing was performed 3 days prior, we haven't received a call or email in regards to bloodwork from your team.

There was a scheduling error that didn't allow for the time frame of an initial visit but Dr Kouhsari gave us all her attention to complete the session. During the visit the doctor listened attentively, explained thoroughly, even showed us a quick video clip, made recommendations and scheduled testing. We feel blessed to call her our doctor .

Always have a great experience when having to see my provider for an appointment

When it said did I see a nurse, I misunderstood. I did see a tech who took blood pressure, weight, and vital signs, and she was very nice, very adequate, and responsible. Thank you.

The doctor was very interested in what I had to say.And she provided me with a few more options than I had originally planned

She has had little advice for me with regard to treatment of my Parkinson's disease. She has not been helpful.

There was some confusion about whether I was seeing the Doctor or their resident. I think there might be some clarification needed in the system?

For some reason, without my knowledge or my Doctor's knowledge my appointment was canceled. However, the clerk at the front desk and my doctor worked to fit me in. It was very generous of Dr. Montaser to stay late for me. I really appreciate it. I have an hour and a half drive to get there from my home and so three hours on the road for nothing would have been really frustrating to say the least.

Dr Montaser Kouhsari is very caring and listened intently to all of my concerns. Her approach to my care is straight forward and is easy to understand. I am fortunate to have her as my doctor.
