I would highly recommend Dr. Ramesh as she was compassionate and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered. I did not feel rushed in the appointment and there was ample time for questions, explanations and an exam. My experience with Dr. Ramesh was wonderful.

[redacted] Dr. Ramesh was kind, courteous, and quite knowledgable about my situation. But she did not stop there. She actually came up with a couple of new medications to deal with existing issues. I am in the process of starting one of those meds (at her direction) and we will see how things go. Right now, I am extremely optimistic and grateful to Dr. Ramesh [redacted].

I really like the facility in Salem. It's very modern and seems to be set up to prevent a lot of waiting around in waiting rooms. Also I really like Dr. Ramesh. She's very knowledgeable and accommodating. Excellent bedside manner.

She followed up carefully about my elevated cholesterol and ordered additional labs to get more information about the root cause and we discussed strategies for reducing cardiovascular event risks. Dr. Ramesh is the most thorough and caring pc doctor I have ever had to pleasure to meet. I always tell people how fortunate my husband and I are to receive care in the MGB system.

I'm extremely happy with the provider and the staff at this facility. My Doctor and staff are very good as is the administration staff. I also like that they have lab facilities along with other facilities, so you can get bloodwork or immunization shots all in the same building.

Dr. Ramesh explains my lab results and lets me work on my diet habits so I can get better results before taking prescription drugs, that I don't want to take yet. She always answers my questions quickly on the portal. She is very kind, and I enjoy speaking with her.
