I found Dr. B. and his nurse to be understanding and kind people and, where appropriate, humorous. The only issue I have is callers from Vernon Cancer Ctr. not leaving any message when they call. The caller ID just says your general main # and not the specific caller's identity. It creates anxiety.

Yes, I was very pleased and I think all communications were translated in a way that we could understand and I felt very comfortable and I was very open-ended. They explained between the doctor, the radiologist and the surgeon and the nurses everything that I believe we needed to hear to the best of our ability and knowledge and it made us all feel very comfortable having seen the three of them and the nurses as well.

Spent a lot of time with us and was quite thorough.
