The dr. Was right on the money. She answered my questions w/o hesitation.

Dr. Glickman was wonderful. She was patient, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and explained all of the options available to me before prescribing a new medication. It was a very pleasant visit.

The issue was a little bit tricky, but I did, in diplomatic fashion, talk to this doctor, which I never met before, and presented my case and presented my reservations about the results. And we were able to agree that there was an issue that has to be resolved. And we also took steps to find a good urologist to do this. And a couple of days later, I actually sent my records to him. And I'm going to see him within four weeks. So it's not as quick as I was hoping, but it's pretty good. So overall, I was happy with what occurred and sound very satisfied.

Superb care

Dr. Glickman was terrific. She explained the pain I was experiencing was from a rotator cuff injury. She sent me for X-rays over at Bullfinch floor 10. She said that the procedure would take no time at all and she was correct. From start to finish, I was in the garage within an hour. The most important part of my visit was meeting Dr. Glickman and listening to what she had to say. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who needed a good doctor. I already have a PCP in that practice, whom I like very much, yet I feel very fortunate to have been seen by Dr. Glickman.

Dr. Glickman is a competent and kind physician. She takes time to listen and provide recommendations. The practice is fortunate to have her, as are all of her patients.

Dr. Glickman was very understanding and thorough during our session about my back pain. Our conversation prompted me to remember how I had sprained it! She scheduled an X-Ray to determine there was no bone damage and has recommended a bone density scan, which I have scheduled.

Dr. Glickman was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I have not had such a comprehensive exam in a long time. Prior to coming into be room she had already read my medical history to address my concerns. Her physical exam was probably the most thorough I have ever had. I am so impressed with her attention to detail and the amount of time that she spent on the physical exam.

I wish my doctor was there all the time, but I understand she's only there for three months at a time. She was very good. She listened to me and she helped me understand more of what's going on with my body, and I really appreciate that. So I give her a 10 out of 10. She was great. And hopefully I'll get to see her again going forward with my health care. Thank you.

This provider was high on warmth and high on competence combining the two most impactful scores for a great medical care provider

I recently moved out of state after being a ghost patient for more than 25 years. It was not an easy transition! The providers had never met me yet it sounded like she had. It was a virtual visit and I was quite comfortable talking with her about my very complicated medical history

My second time seeing Dr Glickman. Definately one of the top doctors I have met at MGH. Pleasant, addressed many issues, spent time to do physical exam, completed pre op paperwork and spent time to explain all that I mentioned. [redacted] Was like the "old school" appointment that rarely occurs today. I give all an A+. Even had brief time in waiting area. I was really impressed that Dr. Glickman, as an interim doctor covering for absences, is so thorough. She clearly had read my entire record, had pertinent questions, answered all of my questions, explained things that I may not have understood. Dr. Glickman is among the best doctors I've ever seen, ranking with the brilliant radiologist at Sloan Kettering who saved my life. She is exceptionally intelligent, kind, warm, attentive to detail and open to patient's input. She came to the exam well prepared - had read the file thoroughly, and her questions were absolutely on point. Upshot is that her thorough exam and natural talent as a doctor yielded a complete cure within the five days she prescribed Flonase. Lauren Glickman used to be my primary care doctor until she actually went to the main campus. I happened to go in, I was sick with the UTI and she was there in Charlestown and I was just happier than happy. You should really, really try to keep her in the Charlestown office. She's very loved by everybody in that town and she knows her stuff. She knows me inside and out and we have always had a good rapport. I hope to see her again there. Thank you.

This was my first visit with Dr,Glickman as Dr. [redacted] was not available. This was a visit to follow up on an injury sustained while on vacation. She was very thorough in reviewing my history and examined my injured right pectoralis muscle. She assured me that although painful now it will heal as there was no permanent damage. It is already much better,
