She seems alert and attentive when I'm directly with her, but otherwise I don't get much follow-up and I have very limited direct interaction. She seems very busy and like she has a very high patient workload. So I don't always feel that I am getting as much care as I wish I was, as I wish to have.

Dr Deleon has gone over and above taking care of my medical needs. I truly appreciate all she has done for me.

As a patient, I find Dr. DeLeon to be one of the best primary care providers I have had. She is informative, patient, listens, provides her perspective on what I need to keep an eye on, tells me what she is going to do with the physical exam before she touches me, and makes sure any of my questions are answered.

I appreciated that Dr. DeLeon allowed me adequate time to share my thoughts, feelings, and concerns. And that she tolerated my feelings and offered me tissues.

Dr. Deleon is one of the most kind , caring , thorough providers I have ever been a patient of . She is extremely prompt when reporting any results , answering questions sent through the portal and does not ever make you feel rushed or like you are just another number patient to her .

Dr De Leon is a knowledgeable and caring physician, very engaging, very enjoyable to interact with. Most importantly, she is highly competent. She caught my cancer at a very early stage. Not every provider would have ordered a urinalysis and then followed up so fully to a diagnosis. When the cancer was diagnosed, she called me personally before the results were posted on-line. She was extremely considerate of my feelings.

Dr. DeLeon was very helpful to me prior to my recent colonoscopy by taking the time to reach out to the doctor who performed the colonoscopy and discussing the results of my CT scan. I was very appreciative of the extra time she took.

This care provider, Dr. Deleon and her staff are professional, caring and in touch. For a wellness visit, I felt heard, responded to and I was given the time I needed to resolve some of my concerns.

This care provider provides care and caring; she is thorough and knowledgeable; she listens and provides a plan forward that is appropriate and nuanced. She builds a relationship by referencing previous patient concerns and creating an ongoing "conversation" over subsequent appointments. See refers appropriately. She follows-up and answers every question. She is open and invites patient opinions. And, she does not automatically prescribe medication when a lifestyle change on my part might suffice or other factors might be at play. She is warm and friendlly while being totally professional. She is a rare and wonderful practitioner. I wish everyone could experience the kind of care that I am privileged to have.

I have had three PCPs as an adult. Dr. de Leon is one of, if not the, finest physician of the many physicians I have had in your system. No physician listens better to their patient, period. Few physicians communicate to their patients better. Few physicians execute their exams with the precision and professionalism of Dr. de Leon. If more physicians were like Dr. de Leon you might need fewer physicians. Five stars.
