I am a new patient and this was my first visit. I was very comfortable discussing any of my concerns with this provider. The reason I didn't get to see this provider in a timely manner was because I had to have my new patient visit first.

She was interested me and my history. She explained everything clearly.

I didn't know the office would text me the link to the virtual, I would have liked to know that because I had to find the number and call the office to get that information. Once it was texted to me , o was able to get in fine .

Dr Shkolnik is the epitome of what an excellent doctor is. She was well prepared for our visit. Obviously had reviewed my chart , listened to my concerns, treated me with kindness snd respect. She reviewed with me my options and clearly explained intervention I would need. Based on all of this I have great confidence in her as a doctor, something I have not experienced in a long time with the medical field.

Dr, Shkolnik is a caring and talented doctor and she and her office run a well organized office. Dr. Shkolnik explains everything so i could understand and is never rushed. She is a gem!

I thought both the nurse and Dr. were first rate. The doctor was very good at communicating and explained to me that, because of a heart problem, I should have the colonoscopy preformed at the hospital. I think that was a good call.

Best visit! She was so interested in me and gave me her undivided attention while speaking about my concerns. She ordered blood work and I was called immediately and had my bloodwork done within 20 minutes after my appointment with the doctor.

Was treated respectfully during all of my visit. Though no real treatment for my condition is available aside from surgery, I did get the information I needed.

I was extremely pleased by the performance of all individuals that I dealt with, from the check-in all the way through, and very pleased overall. People listened to me, and I was treated very, very well, and everything was explained, nothing was left to guess. And anyway, the overall experience was very excellent, and was very happy with the overall experience.

Hi, I have to say that I was impressed with her curiosity or attention to resolving what might be, might I say, underlying, any underlying condition that hasn't been discovered to this date. She immediately had me tested to see if there was any further information to be discovered. That's it. Bye.

I feel the Dr. took time to review my medical conditions, and medical test results from other specialists. She ordered other testing, as necessary. I appreciate her follow up and thorough exam.

I was impressed as the visit began and continued with the information the Dr already had read about me and my clinical situation in my records. At one point she even showed me the results of a previous CT scan of my torso and commented on what she saw there. Options for ongoing testing were discussed and I felt like the Dr wanted me to understand them clearly, and that we would be making the decision together on followup plans. Included in the options was the one for no further testing by colonoscopy because of factors including my age. I was surprised that that choice was present, and followed the spirit of suggested guidelines for all adults. The Dr also listened to other concerns I had including abdominal hernias. Again there was a discussion and I felt like she listened carefully to my feelings about them. The choice to defer any surgical referral at this time was made in agreement between us. I was impressed with Dr Shkolnik and would say that I left with a feeling of her genuine concern for me. I felt heard and respected and I appreciated that greatly.
