Doesn't do much good having such fantastic provider when she refers for specialist test and all she or I know is that the request is out there somewhere in the atmosphere with no way of knowing when.

This was my annual Medicare Visit. Because of this, my doctor had had to spend a lot of time before she saw me, reviewing all the specialists I've seen in the previous year, and the issues I had with them. And then she was her usual thoughtful caring self , reviewing all that needed to be done. And always respectfully listened to me.

My provider really takes the time to listen to my concerns and is very sensitive to my needs.

Dr. Abbate is smart, thoughtful, compassionate, relatable, and trustworthy. She explains things carefully and respects me. I trust her completely.

Dr. Abbate is, first and foremost, kind and sincere. She is thorough in her examinations and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I never feel rushed during my visits, and after being her patient for 26 years, I feel truly lucky to be under her care.

I wanted to point out that not only did Dr. Abbate spend time listening to all of my concerns throughout my appointment, she was also extremely well prepared even before we began and had read notes from recent visits to my specialists as well. I am so, so grateful for this exceptional level of care and truly feel so valued as a patient and a human.

The staff at the office is SO much better than it used to be - friendly, helpful, fast. This has changed in the last few years. I used to fear calling the office or coming in because people were slow and rude.

I love Dr. Abbate. I have been seeing her for many, many years, easily 15-20 years. I have recently retired and could find a doctor closer to home but I have no problem traveling to Boston for my appointments. I also picked a medicare plan based on whether or not she was covered.

I was in the hospital due to a car accident while I was on vacation in North Carolina and after spending a week in a hospital there and two weeks in rehab and came back up here, Dr. Abbate saw me right away because some follow-up was needed, new scans and things like that and I needed some providers, physical therapy and Dr. Abbate saw me right away and she got services and referred me to other people I had to see immediately. And all these people followed, all these other doctors she referred to me to and the home health services, they responded to me right away within 24 hours and I couldn't have been more pleased. I couldn't have been felt more taken care of and everything, you know, in a matter of a day or two, all these services were set up for me and follow-ups and as I said, physical therapy. It was a traumatic event and Dr. Abbate, once I came back to Massachusetts, just took complete control and got me everything I needed very quickly.

I have been seen by Dr Abbate for many years. I think she is fantastic. I have always appreciated her input, whether in the office, virtual or on the phone. I hope to have her for several more years.
