I had absolutely no problems with this provider. She was great. She was running slightly behind, but not that bad. I got out of there within a reasonable amount of time, and I was very happy with the care she provided.

The eye appointment was for my [redacted] year old son who is autistic and the doctor and all the technicians that we interacted with were amazing. They made my son feel comfortable and they were patient and caring. We are very grateful to Dr, Tainsh and her team. I go to her for my own routine eye exams and have always had a great experience.

The provider was approachable & listened attentively to any questions & concerns that I had. I was very comfortable with her explanations & feel that I will be in very capable & compassionate hands with my upcoming surgery.

Was aware of my case and history as well as concerns and need to coordinate with other practitioners regarding my treatment to assure the best possible results. Was attentive, caring and understanding of my concerns and addressed them appropriately.

The MD was great. The tech on the pre-MD measurements was not very experienced and needed more training. I don't think the tech's ability to use the lense equipment, especially the concept of prisms was up to snuff.

[redacted] This doctor did not have a great manner with this patient, my brother, a high-functioning adult with. Down Syndrome. It was a disappointing visit with this new doctor.

When I originally scheduled my visit online through the Patient Gateway portal I was given several dates for my eye surgery, only to find out later that I was scheduling an evaluation, not surgery. I wish this was clarified when making the appointment.

I expected to get an advice from Dr. Tainsh what the cause is for having double vision and cataract at the same time. I wondered if cataract can sometimes result in double vision. I wish I thought of asking her then. She merely asked me what my priority is to be fixed first. Then she told me to sit in the waiting room and someone will see me about the double vision. I sat in the waiting room, later I was handed a piece of paper and was told that I'm checked out . ???

It was a great and thorough visit. I cannot say enough about the settings the cleanliness of the whole suite. All staff was great from the reseptionists the technicians and if course the doctor. I could not expect more. I visit Dr Lin at Mass Eye and ear for a cancer of the parotid gland. He was great and your staff at the Stonehalll facility Keep up the great work!

My experience with Dr. Tainsh has been that every single time I've been there, she knows upfront who I am. She really doesn't have to consult her computer to figure out who I am and why I'm there. Dr Tainsh was respectful and knowledgeable. However, I only met with her for about five minutes. Her technician did all of the intake testing and reporting. She just read his results and reports.
