I'm very happy with Brigham and especially my doctor, Dr. Nicholson. She's the best doctor up there.

It's always a great experience coming into the Jen center for what should be an otherwise anxious experience. From the check in staff to the medical assistants to the providers, everyone was attentive professional and empathetic. I always recommend the Jen center for primary care whenever a new friend in town is looking for a doctor. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Nicholson was very kind and professional. She spent time explaining the possible options to treat my condition and listened to my concerns. Her follow up was quick and quite comprehensive, sending me specific instructions for exercises to treat my tendonitis. She was excellent!

She seen me early, and she's as wonderful as anyone can be. I tell everyone about B and W's Hospital .

The care provider listened and was understanding, but the appointment felt rushed at the end/I felt bad asking more questions (not necessarily her fault, I'm sure she was booked solid). [redacted]
