She needs to listen more to her patients than she speaks. I was pretty overwhelmed during our appointment due to her fast-paced speech and a lack of awareness of what I was saying. I felt dismissed and rushed, which left me emotionally exhausted afterward. Handouts aren't solutions. I did not like the fact that my problems seemed to be condensed to almost nothing. I do appreciate the examination of my nasal passages, however. Thank you for that.

Doctor took quite a bit of time with me explain things so that I could understand them was so very attentive to my concerns about the health scare I am experiencing. Very personable - I felt very comfortable with her. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with courtesy and patience.

I thought it was great. I got in to see the doctor very quickly. That was a bit of a time-sensitive issue, so that was wonderful. And yeah, I'm just waiting to get information on my test results back. That's all.
