Dr. Basovic is awesome and provided excellent care, both in the present and going over my past. I am grateful to have her as my neurologist!

She explained everything in a way that I understood the importance of the medication and was able to reduce the dose which will hopefully help me feel better.

I have seen a lot of neurologists since my seizures started about 14-15 years ago. Dr. Basovic is by far the best doctor I have seen. She listens to me, doesn't rush me, explains things in a way I can understand, and really just defines what a doctor with a good bedside manner should be. I really appreciate the care she continues to deliver. I also am able to get appointments pretty readily and that is hard to fin these days. Thank you so much.

Dr. Basovic explained all the possible side effects of the new medicine and the process of weaning off the medication Tiagabine. She listened to and answered all my questions.

I was seen in Waltham, the facility was very clean and well kept. The valet service was very convenient. Reception was quick and easy. The wait to see the nurse wasn't long, she was very polite and well informed. I was directed back out to the waiting room where the Dr very promptly came to great me. Dr Basovic is wonderful, very engaging and informed. She asked questions about how I was feeling, if I had any concerns or changes in my meds or health. She definitely took time to listen and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed which is very refreshing! I will definitely continue to see Dr Basovic as long as necessary.

I saw Dr. Lara Basovic. [redacted] It was the first time I saw this provider on [redacted], 2025. She seemed extremely knowledgeable about her profession or field in a way that it was easy for me to understand the problems that I had and the questions that I brought to the appointment. She was wonderful in the time that we had, which was an hour, and she provided treatment options that I could possibly pursue, and also in the future if there are ongoing problems, treatment options that are available. Pleasant demeanor, countenance, I would recommend her to a family member.

She is a very knowledge practitioner who addressed all of of my concerns.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, but didn't seem to be on the same page regarding my care.

She absolutely listened to everything that I had to say and took into account the way I was feeling and what experience I had coming through the emergency room. And like I said, she just listened. Finally, someone listened to what I had to say.

Dr. Basovic is very patient and understanding. She answers my questions, knows my medical history and offers virtual appointments whenever she can to save me a trip into Boston.

Dr. Basovic listens to your concern and takes in your consideration. She hears your questions and provides the answers. We come up with plans and agree together. She is available via Patient Gateway, which is great. Sometimes I hate calling the office because I'm busy myself. The nurses are great too assisting with messages and communicating with Dr. Basovic. I love communication. It's key for me.

She was very helpful, listened to me, and I felt like she understood where I was coming from and was able to almost come up with the game plan specifically for me.

My nurse today was absolutely incredible. I would love to see her again. She patiently answered every single one of my questions was very attentive about my medical history, prescriptions, and how my Home blood pressure cuff may differ from the one in the office. I left today with all my questions answered, a lot less stress and worries. I am very thankful that I was able to see the nurse that I did today.

We were able to visit and move our son's care over to MGH without a lot of drama. I think moving forward our son will be getting much better care

This was my first time meeting with Dr. Basovic and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. It was night and day from my previous provider. I was left with the impression she cared about my case, how I've been doing and where to go from here. When I told my previous provider about my health and workout regimen, I've lost 20 pounds over the last year, he could've cared less. Dr. Basovic thoughtfully explained how these changes could affect my case, the dosage of the medicine, etc, all things I was concerned about. I was most impressed that she took the time to get to know me and that I wasn't just another patient for her to cross off a list for the day. I never felt like the appointment was rushed. I logged off feeling like I'm in great hands, which honestly, is the best feeling in the world.

Dr. Basovic gave me the second opinion that I needed. She listened to me, asked all the right questions and I believe really cared about my treatment and my course of action I could not be more pleased and only wish that I lived closer. I could keep her as my neurologist.
