Dr O'Neil-Callahan is I great Dr she took time to explain things that I could easily understand took time to go thru my chart as it was the first time seeing her There should be more drs that take the time to go thru all your scripts and explain things you can understand the kindness and understanding and able to get you to know their patient and not just a name on a chart she was outstanding

I was feeling incredibly sick. My doctor was pretty sure that I had bronchitis, but she said she is not perfect and sent me for a chest x-ray just to be sure. Thanks to her careful treatment, I am in fact recovering from pneumonia. She could have left it at just having bronchitis and I probably would have had to gone back to see her in a few days. Instead, she was careful and thoughtful and took incredibly good care of me. I truly appreciate her.

Dr. O'Neill-Callahan is a very powerful listener. As my wife and I were talking about my anemia and fourth stage kidney disease, she understood that we wanted some road map about the future. When might I do dialysis? She was very clear that my nephrologist is there to help me make that decision. And that depending upon the factors. I may not want to dialysis but may want palliative care. Dr. O'Neill-Callahan knows as well and cares for us and knows that we feel better knowing what choices we might have in the future even when they are difficult

The best doctor I've ever had

Personally, I felt like the provider was severely lacking in any sort of empathy. While the clinical advice seemed really sound and accurate the delivery was so poor [redacted]. I didn't feel supported. I felt like the provider was checking boxes rather than listening and understanding me as a human being.

The only complaint I have is that this medical service dictates how long they can have for a physical. I think the time is too short for a physical. Dr ONeill Callahan is a wonderful Doctor. She is friendly and interested in the patient as a person. During her examination,she is clear in her explanation of the tests she is giving and reviews the results. At the end of the appointment,She reviews the necessary tests and appts going forward.
