I had a very positive experience with Dr. Hung. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. The only downside was that my appointment started later than scheduled (one hour late), but the quality of care made up for the wait. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

My experience with this provider was very good. First time meeting her, the staff and location were all positive.

I spent two years being bounced back and forth with testing etc. I tried to keep my care more local but found myself back in Waltham, Dr Hung is worth my travel concerns and I finally have answers and a plan of care. She was thorough and a great communicator.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Hung as a new patient. It went incredibly smoothly. I felt very respected and listened to and like she spent enough time with me and explained all the options and that after explaining the options, she really let me kind of partner with her to decide what was best forward. She explained the next steps and the scheduling and really made me feel like this was going to work out and be comfortable and manageable and I would definitely recommend her to someone else.

Dr Hung and her staff are professional, efficient, friendly, good listeners and sensitive to all procedures. They try to make uncomfortable procedures less stressful!

Care provider was straight forward to the point which I appreciate but Didn't seem that interested in me or my issue unless I was opting for surgery. Was courteous nothing overtly wrong, answered my questions but I felt like she was wanting me out there, handed me some pamphlets and I was in my way.
