I'm grateful that the office got me in very quickly as I was having a bit of an emergency and that even when I asked a question about another kind of issue that I'm having to come in for in a couple of weeks, this provider who I was unfamiliar with before was assuring.

Both the provider and the person doing the ultrasound were professional, supportive, and communicated clearly. The doctor who initially ordered the test had a clear summary in my portal within a day. Thank you to all of them!

She listens, she's friendly, she's funny, she's gotten to know me well and asks about my children (which she helped bring into this world). She knowledgeable and explains everything really well. Hi, this is my first, actually second time seeing the doctor, Kelly. And she is truly amazing. Not only did she listen, but tell me what was going on, but she also offered some, I don't know what to call them, to use a certain type of medication that she recommended. So I was very, very pleased with her and she appears to be a very kind and competent doctor.

There was a miscommunication between the doctor and nurse about administering a shot the doctor ordered. It took 30 minutes for the nurse to come in and administer the shot.
