Jen Center responded to an urgent need communicated via the gateway with a phone call in a timely manner. She scheduled a physician who was available for the urgent care visit as the regular PCP was all booked. I appreciated this.

A lil more bedside manner goes a long way...the visit was rushed it seemed but overall a decent visit

I have a health problem that's worrying me a lot. The doctor said it wasn't as serious or important as I think it is.

They were phenomenal.There was two students and a doctor helping me with understanding on my meds and understanding how to work on my pain management, which was absolutely needed.And let me understood how to work with it

Dr. Chan was awesome. He knew exactly what my needs was and provide me with all information I needed. He even helped with my appointment. We have a great team. I work for BWH for 42 years and I never had a bad report.

Dr.Chan what's excellent - he listened carefully. He asked good questions and looked at my chest x-ray taken at the hospital in Maine, determined it wasn't a particularly good quality and ordered another x-ray was showed. I had no lol pneumonia. He was careful, understood the complexity of my situation..

Dr Chan is not my PCP; however, I felt he was very thorough with thoughtful questions in trying to understand my issue, and I appreciated his openness and discussion of next step alternatives.

He was excellent, saw me as soon as possible, well before my scheduled appointment, explained his concerns for my abnormal bloodwork and recommended I go to the ER, which he made arrangements for me as soon as possible! He was intuitive, and respectful! I appreciate his diligent care!

For my recent urgent care the provider was excellent and very pleasant.

Dr. Chan seemed very prepared for my visit and was very informative about my condition. His manner was warm and professional. I actually enjoyed my time with him.

He listened to what I had to say without any negative feedback and that's important to me. The nurse was very compassionate towards my feelings and that made me feel very comfortable confiding my issue!

Excellent Physician

This provider, Dr. Chan, was the urgent care doctor that I saw as I couldn't get an appointment with Dr. [redacted]. He was great. Very attentive and to the point. He ordered a urinalysis which I promptly got. Once the results were in he called in my prescription promptly. Would highly recommend this provider. Pleasant personality.
