Dr. Farhad has helped me manage a complex chronic illness for many years. I appreciate his thoughtful approach and have in fact recommended that my daughter see him this year.

Dr. Farhad was kind, knowledgeable, and explained things very well.

I see him only once a year for my condition, but he answers all my questions, concerns, and his help in getting prescriptions updated and especially when I hear the progress of my condition.

Hi, I think he's knowledgeable and brilliant and there's few and is kind. It was a very, very short visit and I think some of the background wasn't looked at ahead of time for some past things that I tried and went on. So those are my comments.

Ask questions. Gave good advice

So far, everything is going very well. I haven't had any problems with anyone in this practice. I feel very fortunate to be a patient with them.

Dr. Farhad had asked me about my symptoms and I gave him a list. Then, all he talked about was one symptom. When symptoms came up again I tried to tell him I had made notes of my symptoms on my phone, but he ended up cutting me off. I tried 3 separate times to tell him the entire list of symptoms, but he didn't listen. He just focused on the one symptom he heard. In the end he said I couldn't possibly have the condition my primary care doctor diagnosed me with because I only had one symptom of it. Again, had he listened to all my symptoms he probably wouldn't have brushed me off so easily. I don't know if he's just a blunt person with a dry personality, but he came off as if I were wasting his time. I don't mind that so much because maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he was running behind so I can look past that, but not listening to my symptoms and concerns while talking to me is less forgivable. I hope subsquent visits are better and I'm taken more seriously. The one thing I did appreciate is that he ordered further testing. Hopefully the results of the test will help him take me more seriously.

I never had a blood pressure taken or pulse. Never asked about my meds. The doctor spent literally 5 minutes with me and I had driven from [redacted] Massachusetts for the appointment. I just felt I wasn't important.

He is very short, I felt diminished, rushed, and was talked over as if I should already know things he was telling me.

He has always offered initiating contact with other providers to address any issues I may have. Over the years, he has relaxed a bit more with me and I feel I can broach any subject and he will listen and make suggestions. I feel he is more at ease with me.

He was respectful. He was on time. He answered my questions. He told me what would come next. He was honest about prognosis. Everything I was looking for, he was.

Dr. Farhad is a wonderful doctor. He listened to what I had to say. He knows my history very well. I've been seeing him for the past several years and he's provided the best treatment for me and he continues to provide great treatment for me and I really appreciate the time that he takes and appreciate all of the care that he gives.

[redacted] I was nervous going into my appointment. [redacted] I felt he was not very friendly which made me even more nervous. He spent most of the appointment looking at the computer. I felt he did not listen to my concerns very well. [redacted] and I felt he interrupted me when i was speaking. I did not get to explain my answers to his questions. [redacted]. At the end of my appointment i tried to explain headaches i was getting and without asking further questions or ordering testing or offering information on why i may be getting them he just threw a prescription at me. Dr Farhad asked the right questions and listens intently. This was my initial appointment and he has ordered further testing.

My experience was excellent. Dr. Farhad went beyond expected to help me with my issues. The assistant Nurse, was excellent and extremely helpful!!

I thought the visit was very nice and the workers, the doctors and the nurses were all very cooperative and I understand everything that they were doing and what they asked and I had to do and it was the most enjoyable treatment I've ever had. So thank you.

I have only just begun treatment, only saw md and nurses for short time. Each person I saw was helpful and accommodating.

Woman on check in upstairs was cold. Seemed put off that we was there. Woman on check out was fantastic.

This provider, as well as most all the providers I have seen, look at the computer more than they look at my face. This way, I'm not sure they even hear what I have said. As far as seeing a nurse, I saw only a medical assistant. Medical assistant is not a nurse. I don't know if they even any nurses in the office. This Medical Assistant was very proficient, articulate and knowledgeable, especially with medication's.

I would have liked the doctor to be more personable and interested in my case.

[redacted] Dr. Farhad was aloof and seemed irritated by our questions. He suggested pulmonary rehab but didn't specify that he was going to order it. He didn't recommend any tests or referral to a pulmonologist even though that would make sense before starting rehab. [redacted] We left feeling more confused than ever as well as feeling shrugged off and dismissed. He told us to follow up in a year with his NP. [redacted]

Dr. Khosro has helped me immensely. He is tops!

He has changed my life by diagnosing a condition that had plagued me for years that at times was disabling. Since then I have received treatment from him and other providers. He is a saint

Dr Farhad has been my neurologist for over a decade. I've been lucky to have him for a specialist, I trust and value his insight, opinions, and knowledge.

Yes, as far as the appointment, it was probably the shortest amount of time that I've spent with Dr. Farhag. And there seemed to be a little bit of a disconnect during the office call and conversation with him. He seemed more preoccupied than usual and seemed to be focused more on the laptop and typing stuff than actual eye contact conversation with me, which was not the norm that I usually have with him. So that was a little bit disappointing. I do travel to see him. So it just seemed like a 10-minute

I had been having trouble with b'room visits during the night. Dr. Farhad wrote a prescription that has made a difference. He also wrote one to address a foot problem that I have and I will have to wait to see if there are any noticeable results from that one.

The test technician was not able to understand the question I was asking. [redacted. The Doctor who was to interpret the test came in at the end, and was unhelpful and unfriendly

He was very accommodating to my son's difficulties regarding our problem getting to the hospital for an inpatient appointment.

Dr. farhad is a wonderful person who really took his time talking with me and making me feel comfortable. He acknowledged my frustration with having to wait MONTHS to get an appointment with him just to be cleared for a surgery. He also did a great job explaining the other reasons for possible having a syncope. He was just a great person and physician!

Dr. Farhad is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. He listens and then properly diagnoses me. He is always knowledgeable on the latest medical studies and treatments. I can tell that he truly cares about the medical field and helping his patients. I'm truly appreciative of his care for me as a patient.

It's the first time in three years that I've had a doctor actually tell me what is wrong and that it was going to be a diagnosis and then treatment. It was really appreciated. Dr Farhad is the best

I had a great experience, I have struggled with my medical issues for a very long time and for the first time in my entire life I actually felt that a provider wanted answers as much as I do, I was diagnosed with "undefined" nausea many years ago, and my first appointment with this provider he stated there has to be a reason and we are going to find it, he listened to my concerns and I left feeling heard and like there was actually a way to help me.

Dr. Khosro Farhad gave me answers that I have been seeking for fourteen years. No other doctors in that time have been able to help, willing to help, or willing to believe me. He believed me, and I finally have the medical answers that I have waited so long for. I am so thankful.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The nurse/PA I saw at the start of the visit was terrific. Dr. Farhad was the first provider I've seen for my long covid/dysautonomia that was not dismissive. He's the first person who understood my symptoms and offered testing and a new medication to try. I'm so incredibly thankful I was able to schedule an appointment with him. He's highly recommended in dysautonomia groups and I can see why.

This provider saw me as a new patient and used my medical history and tests already performed/diagnostics completed when evaluating treatment options. He did one in office validation instead of making me repeat multiple procedures. I greatly appreciate his perspective to move forward with my treatment instead of stepping back to repeat what has already been done!

Ive been seeing Dr Farhad for a very long time - from the old days when he'd call me himself to tell me results of tests! He's very busy now & it's harder to get in to see him or get answers on the portal, but he's sooooo worth it! He's helped me so much, dx me with many different issues (which made my life make sense!)& continues to look for ways to make my life easier/better. I really hope he never leaves, cuz l know all of his patients, including myself would have no one to help them. And l know he truly cares!

This provider spent three minutes with me, only listened to one concern before he cut me off and took me to the desk for a referral. Asked a question, and he cut off my reponse. He didn't even say have a good day or anything he just said "ok, bye." Overall horrible bedside manner and general care.

Dr. Farhad is the most knowledgeable person in his field and his professionalism and understanding make me feel like I am recognized and well attended to.

He was rude. [redacted] I asked a question and was told this was a procedure not a visit. He never explained what he was doing and I felt like an "object" not a human being. He never made eye contact and when he was done he just left the room without any recognition. He did a procedure and was out of there.

It is difficult that my only options for my headaches/migraines is Cora or locally in maine. Maine is not meeting my needs and Cora is extremely problematic so I was hoping Dr Farhad can see me fully for it but he gave me those 2 as options.

Dr. Farhad was very thoughtful, and listened and addressed questions and concerns. He was very helpful in establishing a plan moving forward, and appreciate his nurse being so sweet and helpful too!

It was the first time I saw this provider so it is hard to make an opinion other than he seemed to be a good doctor.

I liked him very much, and respect him as well! I am so sorry that I read some of the comments other patients had left, and I did not see any of that in him at all! I feel that maybe THEY were having a bad day, and not the doctor! He was very kind and polite to me and we talked during the procedure to take my mind off the pain. Very nice!

Dr. Farhad was very good and seemed to figure out what the problem was immediately in my case, and I was very appreciative. He was a little hard to understand and follow, but he seemed like a great doctor.

He certainly is knowledgeable about my condition

I think Dr. Farhad was extremely kind. He was well informed about my medical history and clearly had reviewed the records that had been sent over to him. He was more knowledgeable, I feel like, than most providers that I've seen. And that includes both my history and the medical issues that I'm dealing with. And he was able to diagnose some conditions that many other specialists have missed. And that gives me a lot of confidence in continuing to see Dr. Farhad. The only negative thing I would say about my experience is that

First visit with this provider was an overall helpful session..

I went there for a nerve conduction test so some things didn't apply. We didn't have a detailed visit because I'm not his patient. But my orthopedist at Core orthopedics said they never got the results of the test and that prompted me to have to follow up and Core called and they said it would be faxed

The only thing I have to say is that since mass Gen is taken over the time you get to spend with your doctor a little less and it feels more rushed and more like a big giant company than what it used to feel like. But I love this Dr he's saved my life and I'll do whatever to see him.

Dr Farhad has ALWAYS helped me with great caring & expert advice. He is one of the BEST medical practioners I have ever had care for me!

This was the first occasion I've had to see Dr. Farhad in quite some time. Dr. K was extremely concerned for my progression of SS Autoimmune disease. He took action, referred me to a new neurologist who specializes in SS. He also referred me to an endocrinologist, who I have seen in the past when my GI doctor wouldn't. He also put me on meds to help with the wide spread pain I've been dealing with. I finally felt heard.

The doctor is not the easiest to communicate with because he thinks a lot in his head.

Thank you for the professionalism of the doctor and the knowledge of the procedure that I was having. And I'm very grateful that I was able to talk with him and ask questions. And he answered the questions as best as he could. And I'm grateful for that. Thank you.

Dr Farhad is a very caring provider and truly understands how these conditions can impact his patients lives. He knowledgeable and I have been a patient since 2020 and I can attest that he's not in it for the money he is one of the few providers that sincerely wants to help his patients. I've been struggling to find a POTS Specialist for five years. He listened and gave me so much helpful advice, a new prescription to try, and several tests which I am grateful for.

My appointment was not what I expected, I guess. The doctor was really rude. He would talk about one thing, but then do something with something we didn't even talk about and gave me a medication that didn't explain any side effects or that could happen or what to watch out for. And then also I, thought we would have a follow-up, I guess, sooner than seven months because of my condition I have. So it just didn't go as well as I thought it would, and him not being real kind, it was difficult. And I told him to speak up louder because I have a hearing loss, and he did not do that at all. So it was also very difficult for me

He was able to see the big picture and recommend further testing.

First time I've seen a neurologist and he was knowledgeable, kind, listened to me and knew my health history before I arrived. I would recommend him to my family if they needed neurology care.

He is very difficult to get an appointment with. I waited 10 months for first available and cancellation list appointments.

He doesn't look at me when we talk. He just types at his computer. When it's time to go he doesn't say goodbye or even turn away from his computer. He just says to stop at the front desk on my way out. It's abrupt and I feel dismissed. He seems annoyed that he has to see patients. He never smiles, or emotes anything at all. He has helped me and has provided useful information but his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired.

This is [redacted], and I had Dr. Fahad as the neurologist that I saw. I felt that Dr. Fahad could have given me more information and more education about my neuropathy. I asked him several questions, and his answers were short and succinct. And I felt that I did not get adequate information about the conditions of my neuropathy and some of the aspects of what might be out there in the future for treating this burning pain that I have. But my basic concern was the lack of education from Dr. Farhad and information. He just was not able to answer fully the question

Appointments are too short and doctor does not seem to review history of patient prior to seeing me. Asks questions that are in the record and he should Know. When asked about a specific treatment was more concerned about how insurance would deal with it than whether or not it would be a help towards my conditions or me. [redacted]

After waiting a year and traveling from another state I was grateful and pleased to have left the office feeling like my goals for the visit were taken care of and that I had actionable items to address. I appreciated the fact that treatment was not delayed further by telling me to do things I had already tried previously and to come back several months later which happens with so many other providers creating longer suffering and higher costs. I am appreciative of the referrals for other areas of my health that need to be addressed. I felt respected and not rushed which is also rare to find. Some noted a lack of personality which I do not find relevant to the quality of care; I'm not looking to be his friend I'm looking to benefit from his expertise. He was extremely respectful and knowledgable and gave clear actionable items to address which is actually very hard to find and is all I need in a doctor. I cannot stress enough how rare it is to be treated with respect and how I did not encounter this issue with Dr. Farhad.

Everything went smoothly, the office personnel were prompt, polite, and helpful, the facilities, comfortable, attractive, and clean, and the medical side was attentive, expert and helpful. My entire experience was outstanding. I'm glad to have made this connection.

For [redacted] years, I have been struggling with whatever this is. No doctor until I found my neurologist down in Derry, New Hampshire, has anybody taken me seriously. And this was the first time ever where I was referred to a specialist and they took me seriously because my neurologist did refer me to [redacted] and to [redacted] and other places where I've been. But they just acted like there was nothing wrong with me and there was nothing they could do for me and just shooed me on my way. So this was a very refreshing change and I'm extremely thankful that he said no matter what he said.
