[redacted] the doctor entered the room and while I was still busy speaking to him, he opened the door and ushered me out to the hallway. And told me to make an appointment at the front desk. It was the 1st time that a doctor opened the door in the midst of our conversation which led to us completing the conversation in the hallway. I feel like he kicked me out by walking out. It was strange and disrespectful.

I would like to have more time talking with my doctor. It seems he was in a hurry. And, he should have checked my notes or report before the meeting to better understand my case.

I called to make sure my records could be seen. I had a nice person make sure that everything was brought over. The only thing she said could be seen was by my images of CAT scan and ultrasound and any other images. The problem was the notes were there but the actual images were not. I will bring them on my next visit. That was a little disappointing.

My experience, however, today was the first experience on the video. It was excellent. I thought it ran extremely smoothly. It was very easy to get into the portal, to tap on the link, and in 10 minutes we were chatting. I could not have said that this was probably the best appointment that I've had in a long time, versus having to drive to the hospital. There's a lot of parking issues at the hospital, a lot of inconvenience, a lot of time. This here was the most efficient, effective, and I am extremely happy about the whole experience.

The doctor was thorough, explained everything, did not rush, and was attentive. Everything was fine.
