The doctor took enough time to discuss my care and to answer any questions I had. As a patient with a chronic disease I apprecriate that!

I thought Dr. Ismail was a very great listener. I think he listened to my concerns very well. He looked into beyond what he had to because I came there for the breathing and I talked to him about COVID fatigue and he looked on my charts that were on the computer and discovered something that I might have that he is I'm supposed to have a different neurologist. He's supposed to actually do that because I tried and they won't do it without his referral. It's all in the notes and it might help me in the future with my fatigue that I get. And he listened well about my breathing for my flute and he's going to prescribe another test. I haven't heard from the first test yet but I was just there last week so I thought the overall experience was very, very good. I'm very positive and I appreciate the fact that he showed that he cared and he's trying to help me. Thank you very much.

Dr Ismail is very caring and knowledgeable regarding my illness and scheduled a Cat Scan for my lungs Stat I had appointment with Doctor Ismail on [redacted] and Cat Scan today [redacted] that was very quick I am grateful to Dr.Ismail and his staff [redacted]

[redacted] the doctor entered the room and while I was still busy speaking to him, he opened the door and ushered me out to the hallway. And told me to make an appointment at the front desk. It was the 1st time that a doctor opened the door in the midst of our conversation which led to us completing the conversation in the hallway. I feel like he kicked me out by walking out. It was strange and disrespectful.

I would like to have more time talking with my doctor. It seems he was in a hurry. And, he should have checked my notes or report before the meeting to better understand my case.

I called to make sure my records could be seen. I had a nice person make sure that everything was brought over. The only thing she said could be seen was by my images of CAT scan and ultrasound and any other images. The problem was the notes were there but the actual images were not. I will bring them on my next visit. That was a little disappointing.
