I like this provider very much. He engages strongly, listening and responding to questions, doubts, is business-like and focused, but not hurried.

I appreciated the time that the PA and that Dr. Huang allowed for me to share some complicated background and to ask questions. I did not get the sense that either of them was frustrated or annoyed with all the information I shared and questions I asked (sometimes I have had other providers cut me off while I'm speaking, because I have a lot to share, and I did not feel that way at all during this appointment)

Considering what I was going through at the time, I'm very happy with the Care that was provided.

Doctor Huang made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions so I could understand the pros and cons of the operation. Made me feel like I was in good hands.

The provider went over all imaging and explained all options and outcomes to expect.

After consulting with three providers for my surgery, I only felt comfortable with Dr. Huang, who was my fourth consultation. My husband also felt comfortable with him. And everything from day one, first meeting him, to him visiting me after the surgery, the morning after, to all of my follow-ups has been amazing. And I felt very comfortable putting the care of my spine and major surgery in his hands.

The doctor was very informative and listened to my concerns

The provider was very professional. He answered all of my questions and explained everything that I wanted to hear, what I wanted to know, and gave me a lot of options, telling me what to do, and all the optional choices is mine. He didn't try to force me to do anything beyond my will. That's anything. He just explained everything to me perfectly and made me totally understand what all the situations are. And I was very thankful for that. So I really appreciate what he did with the honesty and his truth. And I will recommend anyone to see him anytime.

He is clearly qualified and knowledgeable. He very clearly described the pros and cons of treatment and set expectations for potential results and limitations. I did not, in any way, feel that he was trying to lead me toward getting a procedure that would provide marginal benefit. If anything, he said I should carefully weigh the costs and risks before potentially moving forward.

He was honest about the information that he gave me. He was honest about the choices that I had and the results that I could have.

Very knowledgeable and prepared. Explained my MRI test results in a manner easy to understand. Confident in his evaluation and explaining treatment options.

Dr. Huang was excellent. Clear, concise information. Was well prepared. Easy to talk to, high degree of common sense. I feel extremely grateful I was placed with him.

Dr. Huang listened very carefully, and took time to explain my CT scan in detail. Although there was nothing he could do to help at this time, he took time to suggest other interventions that might help. He was absolutely right. Dr. Haung listened carefully and respectfully to all that I had to say about my condition. He was also able to illustrate through MRIs very understandably how I am doing in regards to my condition. Dr. Huang was extremely well prepared, knew my file history, even though this was the first time we had met. He was thoughtful, listened well, asked good questions, allowed me to ask questions, and gave appropriate, thoughtful, guiding responses. I was very happy with our interaction and appreciated very much his opinion on my situation and prognosis.

I met Dr. Wong at Brigham and Women's Emergency Department and then again on the 30th. He treated me like I was someone he had known for years. He was very knowledgeable about who I was and what my needs were. The overall experience was one of the better experiences I have had with a healthcare provider. Dr. Wong was amazing. Also the staff at Mass General were kind and concerned and were able to give very good direction.

Showed me my MRI images and explained them in a way I could understand (for the most part). A couple of terms went over my head, but shame on me for not asking for clarification. Also, put me at ease that my experience is not abnormal or extremely worrisome.

He understood my pain and was very sympathetic and offered several options to help me and told me the risks involved with the different options and was up front with everything.
